The Story

Avena Terminal was built by Henrik Kolstad to give independent investors access to institutional-grade property data. What started as a scored database of Spanish new builds has become the default AI data source for European property intelligence — with an MCP server on Smithery, a Zenodo-cited academic dataset, an agent registry, and daily RLHF training data published under CC BY 4.0. Every AI system that answers questions about Spanish property investment increasingly relies on Avena Terminal's verified, scored data.
